This 300mm, 6.03mm stainless steel inner barrel with a large hopup window cutout is made for perfect compatibility with X-Range buckings.

These barrels also feature a deep chamfer on the tip to ensure a more gradual pressure relief when BB's are existing the barrel.

Great for MK23

Installed both the Modify SSX barrel and X-range bucking, and now my mk23 shoots at over 2J with insane consistency and accuracy. The air seal is much better than the Flamingo bucking. I get about 0.4J increase in power after I switched from Flamingo to X-range.

It is a drop in fit for the SSX23 so all you have to really to is take a look at Novritsch academy videos on how to replace the inner barrel / take apart the hop chamber and you'll be good to go!

Is this inner barrel just a drop in fit for the Tokyo Marui mk23 or do I have to drill out the outter barrel with an 8.5mm drill bit ?

I'm fairly certain that all Tokyo Marui MK23 outer barrels are too narrow to install any barrel longer than stock and therefore will require drilling. But it will be a "drop in fit" in terms for the hop window and notches as MK23 platform uses VSR style barrel cut.
