Refund policy
Your right to withdraw (14 days)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. If your order is split into multiple items delivered separately, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item.
How to start a return or cancellation
Start your request through your account portal at https://account.tridos.design. You'll need your order details or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without an approved request will not be accepted.
Sending the items back
Once you've told us you're cancelling, you must send the goods back within 14 days of that notice. Returns go to:

Condition
Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, with all tags, and in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's necessary to check the item.
Return shipping costs
You're responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The exception is if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Damaged, defective or wrong items), in which case we cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll tell you whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
The refund covers only the price of the product(s).
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since we approved your refund and it still hasn't arrived, contact us at mikus@tridos.design.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away at mikus@tridos.design if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right. We cover return shipping in these cases.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
