Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days — we'll notify you by email if this applies to your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. We work with trusted international carriers to offer competitive rates for every destination.

Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
European Union
- Latvia & Baltic States: 2–5 business days
- Germany: 4–8 business days (Spring International Tracked)
- Netherlands: 3–7 business days (Post NL Standard / DPD Home)
- Belgium & Luxembourg: 4–8 business days (DPD Standard)
- Other EU countries: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom
- 5–10 business days (Spring UK Tracked)
Switzerland
- 6–12 business days (Spring CH Tracked)

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal conditions, or carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's progress. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
TRIDOS.DESIGN ships from Latvia, European Union. For orders delivered within the EU, no additional customs duties apply.
For orders shipped outside the EU (UK, US, Switzerland, APAC, Latin America, etc.):
- Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be levied by your country's customs authority.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.
- We are unable to predict or control the amount charged — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- TRIDOS.DESIGN cannot mark shipments as "gifts" or undervalue declared amounts. All shipments are declared at their true commercial value.
Airsoft Product Shipping Restrictions
Airsoft products are subject to varying regulations by country and jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The import and ownership of airsoft products is legal in your country and region.
- You are of legal age to purchase airsoft equipment under your local laws.
- TRIDOS.DESIGN reserves the right to decline or cancel orders to destinations where airsoft products are known to be restricted or prohibited.
- In the event that a shipment is seized or refused by customs due to local regulations, TRIDOS.DESIGN cannot be held liable for the loss of goods or shipping costs.
If you are unsure about the regulations in your country, we recommend consulting your local authorities before placing an order.
Undelivered, Lost & Returned Parcels
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For parcels confirmed lost by the carrier (typically after 30 business days), please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
- TRIDOS.DESIGN is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier disruptions.
