Here's a short version:

1. Replace beltclip with PTT guard using the 2 screws that came with the radio.
2. Remove original volume dial by pulling it off.
3. Partially unscrew grub screw on the aluminum volume dial using 1.5mm hex key and align it on the radio volume shaft so it sits against the flat part.
4. Secure the grubscrew tightly (thread glue is recommended) and ensure smooth rotation. If the rotation force required is too high for your liking, you can lube the o-ring using silicone oil which will make it turn easier.

1. Put adapter on the speedloader (slightly spread it if needed)

2. Install the oring in the place, if it came in the bag. Some might come with oring pre-installed on the adapter.

3. Install the 2.6*8 screw using 2.0mm hex key - to not overtighten. Optimal tightness is when there is no gap left between the adapter halves.

Here's a short version:

1. Replace beltclip with PTT guard using the 2 screws that came with the radio. Add the rubber band over the radio and PTT Guard.
2. Remove original volume dial by pulling it off.
3. Partially unscrew grub screw on the aluminum volume dial using 1.5mm hex key and align the D-shaft with grubscrew. Push the dial on tightly so the o-ring is no longer visible.
4. Secure the grubscrew tightly (thread glue is recommended). You can lubricate the o-ring with a dab of silicone oil if it's too tight to turn for your liking.

Spring guide can be replaced the same way as a spring would be. You can follow the instructions on how to replace spring on Novritsch Academy for SSG10.

This HPA adapter requires additional items to use:

⚠ Zip-ties are required for proper mounting and for hex key retention to work properly. Adhesive tape is only to prevent the holder from moving around.

1. Choose a place where zip-ties can be wrapped around the regulator all the way.
2. Degrease the area using rubbing alcohol
3. Remove the adhesive backing and install the holder in place.
4. Install both zip-ties and tighten them as best as you can. Trim the excess ends.

4. Turn the radio upside down and align the D-shaft with grubscrew. Push the dial on and apply pressure to make sure o-ring is slightly squished.
5. Secure the grubscrew tightly (thread glue is recommended). You can also remove the o-ring entirely if the dial is too hard to turn.

1. Remove the 2x main TDC cover screws
2. Take out the thumbscrew together with the nub and unscrew it from the original nub
3. Install the new nub on the thumbscrew and re-assemble the TDC cover

3. Install plastic bushing between the thumbscrew and the upgraded cover and reinstall the 2x main screws

The bucking is silicone, so use only silicone-free lubricant when fitting it on the barrel.

1. Transfer tappet plate delayer from your old gear set (if it has one)
2. Shim the new gears according to your gearbox (essential for longevity and reducing sound)
3. Lube using appropriate lubrication agent
4. Install a stronger spring if necessary to compensate for the power loss due to short stroking

⚠ If you also are installing an advanced brushless motor that has a one-way bearing built-in, remember to remove the anti-reversal latch as it is no longer needed
