It's too easy to accidentally press the mag release on the SSG11 - just by resting the gun on a flat surface is enough to eject the magazine. This mag release protector prevents accidental magazine ejection while still allowing easy operation even with gloves on.

Perfect solution

Fits perfectly and fixes what is arguably THE single biggest problem on the excellent SSG11 platform. I can still release the mag easily with my mechanic gloves on and no longer drop my mag in the woods!
