This is our own M-LOK handguard custom made specifically for Nano Carbine kit for the SSX23 / MK23 platform.

Handguard itself is made from aluminum and is extremely lightweight. The connecting piece is made from PA12 Nylon with embedded nuts for strength.

In the front you will find a pre-installed stabilizer made from aluminum for the Outer Barrel Extensions which can have 3 different positions based on which length outer barrel extension you are running. It also has 2x set screws for fixing the barrel in place.

The handguard itself has M-LOK slots on literally all sides of the handguard, even on the 45 degree faces.

We also made sure that all suppressors in size <36mm (e.g. Novritsch Modular Suppressor) can fit fully inside the handguard to create that honey badger look!

Compatibility

This part is fully compatible with SSX23, MK23 clones and Tokyo Marui MK23.

Compared to other Mk23 kits, this one solves the issue of barrel stabilization. The rail restricts movement between the slide and the frame. The outer barrel stabilizes the inner barrel (providing double stabilization when used with a suppressor insert), while the front section secures the outer barrel. It is a well-designed, rock-solid system.

Does what it says on the tin.

I have two full nano builds with ssx23 as a base. I use this part for my long sniper carbine build. This item is very much sturdy enough to mount heavy devices, grips, peq boxes, DBAL etc as well as bigger flashlights. Quality is high and it can take many full takedowns of the gun and rebuilds in different configs should you want to do so. Using the long outer barrel extension and a very long inner barrel lets you mount the heaviest supressors with no wobble! It is sturdier than the gun itself.
