Faster shipping options

We are in process of bringing faster shipping options, but the current integration is not perfect:

1. The delivery time estimates are not accurate.

• Tracked Mail is the same as before. Can take up to 45 days.
• UPS Standard (cheaper) is around 4-5 day delivery time.
• UPS Express Avio is around 1-3 day delivery time

2. Right now there are too many options to choose from. While all of them "work" most of them shouldn't be there. If there's an option other than UPS you would like to use, ask me and I'll check it out.

These issues should be sorted out by early next week!
