This is NTC01 Chronograph made by Nimrod. It's currently our favorite chornograph on the market as it has everything you need and comes in at a good price.
It has a bright OLED screen that has great visibility. It has adjustable ammo weight and size and you can select up to 6 different BB weights for quick selection. It also stores 99 of the last measurements.
It's powered by 4x AAA batteries (not included) or via micro USB from a powerbank or USB (it won't charge the batteries). Additionally you can hook it up to a computer via NTSC software to display readings in real time and upgrade the firmware.
Additionally this comes with a small tripod - it's pretty cheap and plasticy but gets the job done. You can also mount it on a standard camera tripod.
